Now use this settings:

1). With default mtn settings use default proxy or 127.0.0.1
2). Install and open psiphon
3). Tick remove port
    - proxy type-- real host
    - proxy server- web.blackberry.com
    - real proxy type- inject

4).Now click save and select tunnel whole device
5). Swipe from right to left and click more options
6). Select sound or/and vibration
7). Tick connect through http proxy
8). Tick use following settings
    - host address-- 10.199.212.2
    -port-- 8080.    Go back (finish) .
